At N B Organic Mart, we ensure that our customers receive only the freshest and highest-quality organic vegetables. Since our products are perishable, we follow a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive any damaged or defective vegetables, you must inform us within 4 hours of receiving the order.
  • Please send us clear photos of the damaged products via email or WhatsApp for verification.
  • Once approved, we will process your refund.

2. Refund Process

  • After verification, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • As our products are perishable, you will need to place a new order separately for replacements.

3. Important Notes

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Refund requests without photos or reported beyond 4 hours will not be eligible.
